Each  of the 21 branches of the Museum of Kraków  is different and absolutely worth visiting !

Let’s start with these , out of which  the first  3 constitute The Memory Trail, telling the stories about the war, the time that came after the war and the people who lived in these difficult times.

RYNEK UNDERGROUND – exhibition “Following the traces of European identity of Kraków” let one  feel the atmosphere of a mediaeval Kraków.

OSKAR SCHINDLER’S FACTORY – exhibition “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945”  is primarily a story about Kraków and its inhabitants, both Polish and Jewish,

THE EAGLE PHARMACY-  exhibition “Tadeusz Pankiewicz’s Pharmacy in Kraków Ghetto” commemorates the Holocaust of Kraków Jews and the personage of Tadeusz Pankiewicz, a Righteous among the Nations.

POMORSKA STREET – exhibition ” People of Kraków in Times of Terror 1939-1945-1956″ telling the complex history of Krakow and people, fighting for  freedom and independence, who were the victims of the German terror during the Nazi occupation in 1939-1945 and  during the period of 1945-1956 .

THE OLD SYNAGOGUE –  exhibition “The history and Culture of Jews in Kraków” presents a great variety of facts  & exhibits  from everyday life of Krakow’s Jews.

THE PODGÓRZE MUSEUM – exhibition  “In the Shadow of Krak’s Mound”  presents the history and the phenomenon of Podgórze – a multicultural and multinational town
